What counts as a participant? +
Anyone who books a spot on one of your activities. If someone books a coasteering session for themselves, that's one participant (£1). If they book for a group of four, that's four participants (£4). Simple.
Are there really no other fees? +
BookWild charges £1 per participant. That's it. Standard payment processing fees from Stripe apply (1.5% + 20p per transaction for UK cards), but those are Stripe's fees, not ours — and they're the same fees you'd pay with any payment processor.
What if I have a quiet month? +
You pay less. No bookings? No charge. That's the whole point of per-participant pricing. You shouldn't be paying for software when there's nobody on the water.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. No contracts, no notice periods, no cancellation fees. If BookWild isn't right for you, you can leave whenever you like. We'd rather earn your loyalty than lock you in.
Is this built for big activity centres? +
No — and that's deliberate. BookWild is built for small adventure operators: the coasteering guide with three freelancers, the kayak company running trips from a car park, the gorge walking outfit that doesn't need a 200-feature enterprise platform.
