Pricing questions
What counts as a participant?
Anyone who books a spot on one of your activities. If someone books a coasteering session for themselves, that's one participant (£1). If they book for a group of four, that's four participants (£4).
Are there really no other fees?
BookWild charges £1 per participant. Standard payment processing fees from Stripe apply (1.5% + 20p per transaction for UK cards), but those are Stripe's fees, not ours.
What about payment processing fees?
Stripe charges 1.5% + 20p per transaction for UK cards. This is the same rate you'd pay using Stripe directly or through any other platform. We don't add anything on top.
What if I have a quiet month?
You pay less. No bookings, no charge. Per-participant pricing means you only pay when you're earning.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in, no cancellation fees.
Do I get all features?
Everything. There's one plan with every feature included. Online bookings, guide management, safety reporting, customer management, payments — all of it. No feature gating, no upsells.
How does this compare to percentage-based pricing?
A competitor charging 4% on a £50 coasteering session takes £2. One charging 3% takes £1.50. Some charge 6%. BookWild charges £1 regardless of your ticket price. The higher your prices, the more you save.
