BookWild is a trading name of Reynolds Day Ltd. This policy covers both this website (bookwild.co.uk) and the BookWild app (bookwild.app).

What we collect

This website does not use analytics or tracking. We collect nothing from casual browsing.

Our contact form collects your name, email, phone number, business name, and message so we can reply to you. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam — this does not track you.

The BookWild app collects the data that operators and their customers enter to make bookings work:

  • Account details (name, email, business information)
  • Booking and participant information, including medical and emergency contact details where required for activity safety
  • Digital waiver signatures, including IP address and timestamp for legal compliance
  • Payment information is processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers

How we protect it

All data is stored in encrypted databases within the UK. Medical information is additionally encrypted. All connections use TLS (HTTPS), and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use these services to run BookWild:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Postmark — transactional emails (booking confirmations, etc.)
  • Cloudflare — website hosting, file storage, and security
  • Hatchbox — server management
  • DigitalOcean — servers and databases
  • AppSignal — application monitoring and error tracking

That’s it. No analytics providers, no advertising networks.

How long we keep it

  • Draft bookings with no activity are deleted after 24 hours
  • Waiver signatures from abandoned bookings are kept for 24 months, then deleted
  • Financial records (invoices) are kept for at least 7 years as required by law
  • Safety incident reports are kept as required by law

Cookies

This website uses no non-essential cookies. The BookWild app uses essential session cookies only — these keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party cookies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data at any time. We’ll email registered users about any significant changes to this policy.
